    AU: When Robin Buckley tells Mike and his band, The Paladins, that another band is coming into their club, to play their music, Mike Wheeler loses it and doesn't make the best first impression on doe eyed singer, Will Byers. After doing his best to make it up to him, Mike and Will start to become "friends" and navigate band life and being in their young adulthood together.

     

    Or: Band AU where Mike Wheeler doesn't really get along with anyone until meeting Will, and when he does he's obsessed with him.
