Summary
Zanka Nikiju has never cared much about the future beyond growing stronger, proving himself, and making Enjin proud. Fighting Jabber Wonger is supposed to be nothing more than another challenge — painful, dangerous, addictive. At first, Zanka tells himself their violent encounters mean nothing. Even after crossing the line between enemy and something far more complicated, they remain Cleaner and Raider — bound together by pain, poison, and selfish desire.
