Wemmbu was beginning to get slightly frustrated.
For the last few weeks, he and his brothers had been helping Parrot and Spoke with their little mafia problem. The three brothers had been going up against multiple different mafia units, defeating them and raiding their outposts.
And sure, they were super rich at this point, but Spoke refused to help with Wemmbu's problem. He said that Wemmbu had to wait for the mafia to be defeated before he'd help. Flame had to hold him back from smashing the voidling.
Mane had sighed and pleaded with the dragon to just have a bit of patience, they'd get Egg back soon enough. Wemmbu decided to play nice, just to keep Mane from growing any gray hairs.
Wemmbu growled and pulled out his mace, "We've got company."
Flame and Mane groaned. The boys were trying to have a relaxing picnic in the forest, but they had been interrupted. Again.
Why can't they just have a break?!
Wemmbu hissed, swinging with no regret as he took the lives of invisible players. He just wanted one day! One day to enjoy with his brothers! All of these attacks were tiring them out! Although Wemmbu was very used to constant fights, he was growing exhausted. They had been attack at least five times a day! It's ridiculous!
His brothers were obviously getting tired too, Flame had stopped his taunting that he often did when fighting enemies and Mane was starting to slow down on his attacks. Wemmbu's wings ached from constantly launching himself into the air and his arms were screaming from the backlash of using Gambit (which normally didn't effect him).
Finally over it all, Wemmbu pulled out a nuke shot and called, "Incoming!"
Mane and Flame - who have gotten really used to his cannon shots at this point - pulled up their shields, letting themselves be launched into the air by the blast. They clutched the landing, Mane pulling Wemmbu up as the dragon stumbled when landing next to them.
"Bro…" Flame breathed out, sitting down in the chaos.
Wemmbu collapsed next to him with a groan, "I don't think I can do another fight today!"
Mane sighed, flopping down by his two younger brothers, "Let's go hide for the rest of the day, maybe take a nap or something."
The younger two agreed, getting ready to get up before Wemmbu froze with a growl. Mane and Flame snapped their heads over to look at him, his head wildly turning as he searched the destroyed area.
"Who's there?!" Wemmbu hissed.
A familiar laugh echoed, "Tired, little dragon?"
Wemmbu snarled as Mane held him back, "I'll show you little, asshole!"
Ash grinned from above the destruction, "You know, if you just give me access to the End, I'll tell my men to leave you guys alone."
Wemmbu glared but was really thinking, none of this really involve him. All Ash wanted was access to the End and it would be a lot easier just to give it to him. But whenever he thought about the mafia entering his domain, he felt a hiss building in his throat.
"Back off!" Flame snapped, pulling Wemmbu back after feeling his building distress.
Ash chuckled, "Plan B it is!"
Wemmbu yelped as multiple arrows were shot into his wings, whimpering as he collapsed in the dirt and was shot again. Mane snarled, jumping in to attack the invisible players. Flame went to help Wemmbu - who had been pinned to the ground by more arrows in his body - but was pushed away by more players.
Wemmbu was stuck in the middle of the destruction with both of his brothers separated. He didn't like this.
"You know, Wemmbu," Ash spoke as he walked closer to the grounded dragon, "I know that no matter what I do to you, you still won't agree to my demands."
"So why do all of this?" Wemmbu hissed.
Ash's grin was lethal, "To capture something I know you don't want hurt."
Suddenly, Mane screamed in pain.
Flame snarled at the sound as Wemmbu whimpered, trying to force himself off the ground. Mane never screamed like that. Never even made a sound close to that.
Ash cackled, "There we go! Got your attention now, huh?"
Wemmbu snarled, trying to ignore the worried tears starting to line his eyes, "Leave him alone!"
"MANE!" Flame howled, held down by multiple invisible players, "GET YOUR HANDS OFF OF HIM!"
It took four large players to hold Mane down and drag him over to Ash. One of his legs had his own spear sticking through it, probably the reason for his earlier scream. He still hissed at the glitching man, thrashing in the players hold at the sight of his youngest hurt and in tears.
Ash pulled the dreads at the front of Mane's head, "Now, I'll give you some time to think about my offer. But I'll need to take big brother with me. For insurance."
"DON'T YOU DARE!" Wemmbu shrieked, "GIVE HIM BACK!"
"No." Ash grinned as a player hit Flame in the back of the head hard enough for him to pass out.
Wemmbu and Mane both shouted, trying to strain themselves over to their brother. Ash pulled Mane back, gesturing to his members to leave and taking the lion hybrid with him.
Wemmbu screamed, "NO! NO PLEASE! I JUST GOT HIM BACK! ASH! ASH PLEASE! PLEASE!"
The young dragon continued to sit there in a puddle of his own blood, anchored to the ground as his unconscious brother laid out a hundred blocks away from and his other brother was dragged away.
Why can't he just catch a break?!

Clown giggled at the report before freezing at a glare on his back, "Branzy! I thought you were busy today!"
Branzy hissed, a faint purple haze falling from his mouth, "What are you reading, Clownpierce?"
"Oh nothing!" Clown put the papers away in his inventory, "How's your project going?"
"Clownpierce," Branzy growled, "if anything happens to that kid, you can sleep in the uncleared bastion for the next month!"
That got the clowns attention, "What?! Branzycraft! Can we talk-?!"
The throne rooms door was slammed shut in Clown's face.
Damn.

Flame groaned as he came to, rubbing the back of his head and sitting up. What happened?
Cries caught the tigers attention, making him look to the middle of the destroyed field. He gasped at the sigh of his little brother trying to pull out arrows from his limbs, but they seemed stuck to the ground.
Flame lifted his exhausted body from the ground and stumbled over to his weeping brother. Wemmbu's one free hand reached up and clutched the front of Flame's shirt.
The dragon choked out through tears, "They took him…"
Flame started to yanked out the arrows, pouring regeneration potions into the wounds, "Took who?"
"Mane…" Wemmbu sobbed, leaning his head into Flame's shoulder, "Ash said to meet him at some coords in a few days. He said he'd bring thousands of players so we can't fight him and that he'd get what he wanted sooner or later."
Flame hissed, gently running a hand through messy purple hair, "Thousands of players? Ha! We'll see about that! Don't worry, Lilac, we'll get Mane back."
But first, Flame would need to help his younger brother with his injuries.
