Summary
Matthew was sick of living in Alfred's shadow, his own twin brother who would forget he existed in a heartbeat. Matthew's whole life had been spent tucked away behind his warmly beloved brother, soaking up all the warmth so Matthew was left with nothing but bone-deep cold. No matter how hard he tried, he was never enough and never measured up. A lifetime of neglect had taken its toll and left him empty and bitter. When a child is abandoned by a village, he will burn it down just to feel the warmth. He knew it was wrong, but it felt so so good to chase the warmth. Once he started he couldn't stop. He was spiraling into chaos and with each escalation, he couldn't help but feel comfort in the terror he brought.
Or, Matthew unintentionally intentionally becomes a prolific serial killer, unintentionally intentionally disrupting the life of his twin brother and all his friends as he starts on a path of destruction.

The Little Book of Everything. A compact science reader he’d found wedged behind a shelf while cleaning his office, one of those tidy little encyclopedic things that skims across topics without lingering. Space, Molecules, and Animal Breeds.
Naturally, he’d passed it on to Quinn without a second thought.
He loved books. Loved facts. Loved everything.
Which, it turned out, was the problem.
Because nestled between diagrams of cell division and migratory birds was one small, horrifying section titled: Relationships.
Brief. Clinical. Completely unassuming.
And containing the single most cursed sentence Harley had ever read in his life:
‘People who have the closest bonds perform sex, and sometimes a baby can be made!’
That was it.
OR: After giving Quinn a science book with one very unfortunate page in it, Harley spends his day trying to avoid answering the boy’s relentless questions about “the birds and the bees.” Eventually, cornered and outnumbered, he is forced to deliver the most uncomfortable explanation of his professional career—with predictably disastrous results.

Summary
Kenma and Kuroo are best friends for life. At least, they always said they would be. Kenma is in a not-so-pleasant relationship. Kuroo is single and moving on with his life. Nobody besides Kuroo knew what was happening in Kenma's life, and yet he still drifted away from him instead of being there. That is, until something tragic happens and the moment Kuroo hears, he realized how stupid he was.
