Summary
What if Danielle and Rahne met, not brought together by Professor Xavier, but in a game of cat and mouse set in the rocky foothills of Colorado in the late 1800’s? Danielle lives on her parents ranch and Rahne is the daughter of a pair of Scottish settlers trying to find a life for themselves and their family. The peace between settlers and natives is one held together by barely holding treaties, stained with blood on both sides of the fence. When a fateful day brings the end of the Sinclair household, with the body of Rahne Sinclair missing, reports of a great red wolf terrorizing the local farmsteads begin to arise. What happens then, when the wolf comes for Danielle’s herd?
