Summary
Dazai and Nakahara have successfully scampered onto the roof away from Hirotsu. Now, why they ran was one reason.
They don't need a babysitter. Hirotsu was sent to watch them so they don't ‘fight’, though Mori knows that is inevitable. The real reason is so they don't get to attached. Or make out in front of one of the newly installed cameras.
Though, Hirotsh did not do he job as well as Mori would have hoped.
