Location : Tipoca City, Kamino
It had been an interesting couple of months in Tipoca City. Echo had recently transferred from ARC trooper to Clone Corporal Commando of Experimental Unit Clone Force 99. Echo himself knew that it wasn’t right to go back to old post, Skako Minor did major to him. Without Cody and The Bad Batch being coincidentally stationed there, he knew he would’ve experienced the horrors further. Being turned into a cyborg wasn’t exactly fun, his body was taken from him, his mind, his humanity. Oh, but there was still a ton of fight in him— for the republic!
He was now stationed on Tipoca City for a bit, the Kaminoans wanted to test him in random ways. So now here he was, the greeter and escorter of a landing pad. Echo thought it was useless work but the potential to read the regulation manuals for hours on end! He was very happy. Until he saw a weird shuttle land.
Oh great.
The shuttle landed a little harshly, so Echo suspected an emergency, or perhaps even one of General Skywalker’s ‘landings’. The stairs unfolded, and wouldn’t you know it, Skywalker came out as well as Rex, 501st shiny on a stretcher, Kix, and— Fives.
So it’s them? Hm, let’s make this interesting.

But Skywalker spoke first, “ We need to go a medbay!”
“ Sir, I think there’s someone stationed here,” Rex pointed out.
“ Well we have to deal with them first,” Skywalker speaks directly to the clone in odd armor stationed here, “ Excuse me, how do I go to the closest medbay?”
The clone in the odd gray and red armor appeared to pause for a second. No one in the 501st had seen what might be a special unit in that armor before. A kama, legs with thick metal that might’ve just been the legs themselves, odd shaped helmet and a scomp for an arm?
“ I mean I know how to get there. Do you have a special permission?” the clone asked in a gritty voice.
“ WE HAVE A BROTHER ON A STRETCHER! THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!” Kix yelled furiously.
“ Yeah I can see that. Follow me,” the clone moved his only hand in a let’s go motion and the 501st followed.
As they followed this brother, he walked like he was made of metal as clanking sound came from his legs.
“ Might I ask, what unit are you from?” Rex asked.
“ Clone Force 99. You must be the 501st?”
“ Familiar with my legion?” Rex snarked.
“ Lose an arm, you’ve seen it all.”
A feeling of familiarity hit. That feeling stuck with all brothers, they are from the same blood after all. But this one was a tad more familiar.
“ My sergeant gets frequent headaches so he’s been in medical a lot recently to create an on hand medicine just for that.”
“ What kind of squad are you in?” Fives asked.
“ Not yours.”
Fives was flabbergasted. What kind of trooper was this?
Everyone in this troop of the 501st was suspicious of this clone. Even Tup! And he had just committed treason! Whatever he was pulling it was, not standard. Perhaps to akin with his ‘special’ unit.
Then the, ‘Jedi of Kamino’ waltzed in. A master Jedi of the togurta. Known for her patience and kindness, Shaak Ti.
“ Well look who it is. Fives you’re an ARC trooper now, I’m so proud of you!”
“ Miss seeing me around these parts?” Fives joked sincerely.
Shaak Ti reminisced, “It’s not as lively around here. But the memories of Domino Squad still fill my head.”
She peered to look at everyone just to intake who was there. Shaak Ti had heard of the… incident… on Ringo Vinda and she knew it would take quite the pressure onto everyone.
“ Master Ti, we need Tup to see the medbay as soon as possible. It cannot wait,” Anakin said with urgency.
“ Before that Skywalker,” she paused to let out a small chuckle, “ I just noticed something.”
Anakin’s face was puzzled, he believed Shaak thought something was funny. That was as unpleasant as Obi-wan’s robe collection.
Shaak Ti’s eyes cornered after she let out one last giggle, “ It’s just so good to see Fives and Echo together again. After all, Echo has made an amazing recovery after he was discovered by Commander Cody and Clone Force 99 on Skako Minor.”
“ Excuse me?”
The clone in red and gray armor spoke, “ I know I am unrecognizable but, I played you like clankers.”
