Summary
Wei Ying was 16 when his name stopped explaining what he'd become years later, now.
He's called Yiling Patriarch now, a name born out of desperation to climb out of the pits and instead rolling deeper in the dirt. Only, now he's learning to live, to thrive and to let go of the promise he'd made to his shijie. One that kept him living so long, and the same that makes him want to start something fresh with a stranger he'd just met.
