Katsuki wasn't one to be on his phone all the time. In fact, he actively made fun of people who were addicted to their screens. Even though he would say stuff like "phones are stupid" or "I'LL BLOW UP THAT STUPID FUCKING RECTANGLE IF YOU DON'T LISTEN", he did dabble in some sites. One of those sites being a chat room. Now, of course being a minor in middle school, he had his precautions. He made sure not to share any information, he kept his name private and used only his username to call himself. Katsuki would also never admit outloud that he didnt have any real friends, but it was true. Anyone who hung around him at school is just one of those brats who wanted a push on the popular hierarchy. The only reason he was popular anyways was because of his quirk. Sure, having a bunch of idiots follow him around and praise him gave him an ego boost, but it didn't give him joy or fulfillment.
Where was he going with this? Alright, Katsuki made a friend. Online friend. It was embarrassing, very embarrassing, but he would consider this friend his one and only real friend.
And who is this friend? Well obviously he didn't know their real name. But he knew their online name.

Is it kind of obvious? Maybe. But people online wouldn't know his identity just because his username has "dynamite" in it. Plus, he spelt it weird.
Anywho, back to his friend. Him and ...Zuzu have been friends for a year. Katsuki knows alot about him. Zuzu likes katsudon, hero's (especially all might), and games.
Katsuki sat up in his desk chair and pulled out his phone, swipping to a familiar website.

The clock numbers slowly slid down like a countdown to Katsuki's doom.

Katsuki read the message again. Twice. Three times. Four times. Its a coincidence right? There is no way that his best friend for a year had been Deku. Izuku Midoriya. No way.
But that meant that Katsuki Bakugo was Deku's best friend for a year.
And that meant that Bakugo had told his friend to kill himself.
He had told his only friend to kill himself.
But didnt he already know that? Deku had been his only friend. Before he knew Zuzu.
They were childhood friends. And Katsuki had told him to kill himself.
What would he even say?
What would Deku even say?
What if Deku thought that Katsuki knew? That he was manipulating him into believing that he could finally have a friend just to crush his fantasies?
Maybe deku hadn't even thought about it. Maybe he didnt connect the dots.

Katsuki turned off his phone despite the many buzzes that emitted from the device.
He doesn't want to be Deku's friend.
He repeated the phrase over and over.
When he flopped on his bed, the lights where blurred.
When did his vision get so blurry? Was he crying?
Stupid. Don't be like stupid Deku.
Wiping his eyes proved fruitless when he still felt warm lines run down his cheeks. Why was he so pathetic all the sudden? Was this really because he didn't want to be Deku's friend? He never cried over stupid things like that.
He just needed to sleep. It was 1:15.
It'll all be better in the morning when he wasn't such a cry baby.
He tried closing his eyes but he could only see Deku's reaction to him saying those harsh words.
If you really want to be a hero that badly, there actually might be another way. Just pray that you'll be born with a quirk in your next life, and take a swan dive off the roof of the building.
He had looked so broken and defeated like he actually considered it for a split second.
What would have Katsuki done if he did? If he had convinced someone to go as far as killing themselves?
What would he have done?
He didn't have an answer.
