Wednesday, 1:13pm
As Alek stood in front of the lockers outside the history classroom waiting to go in, a text notification pops up on his phone.
Lucas: hey im walking to class now
Alek: im waiting outside when u get here ❤️
Lucas: alr see u in minute
Alek: we're still on for our date tn right?
Lucas: yeah ofc 😘
Alek: gtg heading in now
Lucas: ❤️
Behind him Annabella and Elle had just finished their conversation as Annabella started walking to Spanish. She passed by Alek and saw his smile, immediately intrigued. A quick glance down and she noticed hearts.
Who could Alex possibly be texting with hearts?
Alek smiled at his phone before he shut off his phone and walked into the classroom.
Once Lucas finally arrived and settled down in class, he immediately shifted his focus towards Alek who, unsurprisingly, was already staring at Lucas.
After he realised that Lucal noticed his staring, his face flushed and he quickly refocused onto the lesson.
Unsurprisingly, Ms. Trainwreck was talking and droning on about totalitarianism. Neither Alek nor Lucas were paying attention to her until she mentioned a test on Friday. It was Wednesday which gave each of them no time to study, as they had date night tonight, and practice tomorrow.
It was the final test of the unit though, which always counted for more, so they both knew they had to find time to study.
Alek and Lucas both looked over at one another once they realized they would have no time to study for the test, unless they cancelled tonight.
Wednesday, 5:17pm
As Alek saw Lucas walking up to meet him at Marco Park, he immediately smiled and waited as Lucas jogged up to greet him. As Lucas approached Alek, he grabbed his hand to pull him in for a kiss.
Alek hummed in surprisement against Lucas’ lips, quickly wrapping his arms around his waist and leaning back into the kiss. When Lucas finally pulled away, he greeted Alek properly.
Across the street, unknown to Alek and Lucas, Annabella had been watching as they kissed and walked back towards Marco Park.
