Ilya simply smiles, “Moya Lyubov, good to see you too.”
Shane opens his mouth to continue his rant before seeming to remember that he is still in the middle of the showers, where a few stragglers are furiously scrubbing soapy suds off their chests, rushing to finish and get out of Shane’s warpath.
“For fucks sake,” Shane groans, “Get the fuck out of here already! I’m trying to yell at your fucking captain!”
Ilya watches, delightedly, as his defensemen run out of the room with their tails tucked.
Shane doesn’t even wait for the last man to cross the threshold into the locker room before he is whirling on Ilya again.
“A hands-off rule? Who the fuck do you think you are?”

Campus nerd and golden boy Shane Hollander breaks up with Hockey captain and notorious fuckboy Ilya Rozanov because he wants to pursue other options. Ilya issues a campus wide hands off law to make sure that doesn’t happen. When Shane storms into The BU hockey’s teams showers to tell off his ex, Ilya is determined to get the truth out of him for why they really broke up, because he knows deep down he’s the only one Hollander truly wants. Just like Shane is the only one he’s ever truly needed to keep.
