Summary
Carol Sturka should have been the next captain of Fire Station Twenty-Four. Instead, after six months of holding the station together, the Albuquerque firefighter is passed over in favour of an outsider from New York: Captain Zosia Wójcik.
Forced to work side by side, the two women quickly discover that surviving each other may be harder than surviving the job.
