    Long explanation:
    The death games were created by Danganronpa for entertainment but scientists that were aware of the games existence used it as a base for their experimentation. All killing games were simulations. All victims survived, but they still need to be freed from Danganronpa so they don’t end up stuck in the game. Kamimura survives the attempted murder in the third chapter, even though they were extremely injured. At the end of Tetro Pink he is free from the simulation, but he still wants to free others from the killing games and end the existence of the killing games. He infiltrates Dv3 as Kokichi Ouma and creates a persona to avoid suspicion from those controlling the game.

    The plan is going well until everyone (including the “dead” people) appears in a theater to react to Danganronpa Tetro Pink.
