Marko was like a weird cat.
That's how Jere thought of him, anyway. There wasn't any better way to describe him - because he couldn't understand what was going on in Marko's head at any point. Sure, it's not as if people understood Jere either, but Marko was different, complex in a way Jere didn't think he himself was. In his own bubble, quiet for the most part but seemingly content, curious about things but never overstepping any lines.
