Stan and Kyle have been good friends since they were 7. Now they're 18, and it's a little more complicated. A year ago from the present date, Wendy left South Park for college in Washington. Of course, she had to let Stan know, and now... Well, he hasn't dated since. But he thought it was fine. I mean, okay, no more girlfriend, but whatever. At least he still has his friends, right? Wrong. This year, Sheila decided that Kyle 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨 go to this fancy college in Fort Collins. And then out of the US altogether. It broke Stan's heart entirely. At the very, and I mean 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 least, everyone kind of stayed friends the way they were in elementary. Which doesn't say much, considering how they live in a small mountain town.
so, on the subject of relationships...
Stan and Kyle are currently complicated, but they're super best friends!
Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman are still best friends (kind of lmao).
Stan and Wendy are exes and don't speak much anymore. They still care about each other, though.
Craig and Tweek have been dating since Tweek x Craig (s19e06)
Craig doesn't care much for the main four.
Tweek doesn't talk to the main four since he replaced Kenny.
Kenny and Butters are best friends! :D
