   Summary

   Viktor had never had time for silly things like romance. He had assumed he would feel fulfilled in life without it, with just his science and his company. Life was running smoothly, everything was going according to plan. Then Beatrix informs him her old friend, Ansel Foxglove, had purchased a ranch near hers. From the first call with this short, too-scruffy man, Viktor finds his thoughts pestered with thoughts of how Ansel is adapting to rancher life.
