Hydrangea has feelings for Lotus Dragon but is scared to say it, but when she gets courage to ask them they start mourning.
Also Snake Fruit is in this too.

Notes:

I am so sorry for writing this, everyone, I am genuinely tweaking, I also have a Tic-Tok now and will start posting drawings and updates related to my fanfictions and all of that good stuff. (lovely_luster7)

Also, how are you guys feeling on how Ananas Dragon getting released in CRK this July? I have alreadly seen people misgender them and people hate on them, personally, I am a D1 Ananas hater, but they are growing on me and they do not deserve this much hate.

Speaking of Ananas, they are mentioned in all of my fanfictions that I have wrote so far (including Ever-Green, they get mentioned in the chapter I am writing right now).

I am also sorry for it being short, this was written all in the same day it is published.

Oh well, have a good day, my lustlings~

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Chapter 1: Cleaning up

Chapter Text

The blue dragon was bored yet again...

What made this time so bad was that they were drowzy too.

Defeating Longan Dragon was quite hard after all.

What would make it better is if Ananas Dragon would stop coming to their paradise every single week.

All they would talk about is land and trades and all of the dragons' 'parent' being in some forest getting taken care of and nurses back to health...

It was a good thing that Lotus Dragon themself had broken and fractured Longan’s legs while they were sinking in the water, sadly being asked a few days later by a certain tree to bring that witch-foresaken dragon back up to some continent that they had nothing to do with.

Crispa, they believed it was called.

They had sometimes found cookies washed up along the island shores from there before said cookies went missing and asked about-

Ah, they had lost track of their thought, it seemed.

What were they thinking of again...?

Oh, yes, they were so tired they could not even bring themself to play their mandolin or any other sort of instrument they had.

They were overwhelmingly hot aswell, they noticed, perhaps some swimming may help.

Lotus Dragon slithered down from their nesting chambers, making their way all the way down to the very bottom floor of the large palace, and then under that, to a large room with a massive hole in the center of it that flowed with water.

After stripping their robes, folding them up and then putting them down on a plush chair, they shifted into their draconic form, sliding into the water and sighing at the coolness.

They swam laps around the large pool, partially submerged in the fresh, cool water until they got bored of that aswell, resorting to splashing in the water.

That was until they heard a voice.

One that was quiet and... hissing?

Oh right, they had forgotten completely about their new servant.

"What you're sssaying isss that they are friendly with you? I wisssh my old Masster did that out of when they were broody..."

"I assure you they are kind to all, you are just hostile towards them, maybe you could try being a bit more careful with your tone that you use with them." Hydrangea's voice had spoke to Snake Fruit's, her supportive tone fading into more of a scolding and warning thing. "You are very lucky, after all, that they let you live here after Longan ditched you. Show that you are grateful."

Soon, Hydrangea had walked into Lotus Dragon’s sight, holding the clawed fingers of Snake Fruit's hands in her own, facing the dragon.

After noticing that the blue dragon was in front of them they immediately dipped onto their knees into a deep bow, keeping their posture submissive and making themself look smaller.

A small chuckle left Lotus Dragon, some would even call it a giggle, their large tail, the tip's extra flares and tufts easily larger then the cowering serpent lifting up their head.

"There is no need to act scared around me, snake. I will not try to hurt you like how your old master did."

"Yesss, Great Dragon, however, I inssisst upon it. You are my Master, are you not?"

"...There now, you are dismissed, run along back to your quarters, serpent."

After Snake Fruit had scurried along, Hydrangea was left alone with them, however she just seemed more comfortable.

"Great Dragon, I see some molted scales on you, please, come to the bath house with me so you are able to molt properly."

"Thank you for noticing, dear Hydrenagea," Lotus had started, changing back to their smaller, more cookie-like form, getting out of the large pond and slithering past Hydrangea, getting a towal and wraping it around themself, following after their most trusted servent, to their bathing areas.

Hydrangea hummed softly as she helped her master lay back in their tub of luke-warm water, guiding them to lean back against the edge of the water.

"Please, just relax and let me take care of you, Great Dragon..." The servent spoke, Lotus Dragon giving a slight nod as a way of acknowledging her as they closed their eyes contently.

Hydrangea herself had striped down to hardly anything in order to not get wet as they cleaned off the dragon, she did this every time, yet she never got used to it.

In her contract to serve the dragon she had explicitly wrote and agreed to take care of everything that her master needed, and yet she still gets flustered every time she had to do this.

Hydrangea sat with her legs crossed, turning her master around and placing their head in her lap, being mindful of their horns and the lotus on top of their head.

She gently stroked their hair for a bit before grabing some shampoo, pouring it onto hrr hand until it filled her palm, lathering Lotus Dragon's hair with it, rubbing it in until it was bubbly, doing the same with conditioner.

Hydrangea then got a bit more flustered as she grabbed a sponge, backing up from the edge of the water slightly as she helped her master sit on the edge, drizzling some body wash over their chest, shoulders, and back, dipping the sponge into the water and scrubbing.

After a bit of the slightly intimate process, she had finally made her way down to their hips, scrubbing gentler near their ventral scales, her face rose red as she had finished the area.

A small sigh left the servent as she helped Lotus Dragon back into the water, washing them off and slowly rising their hair.

After a bit of that, she helped them out of the water, looking anywhere but at them as she wraped a towal around their waist and lead them to the sauna on the other side of the room.

It was time for Hydrangea's least and most favorite part of cleaning off their master aside from a very specific time in spring, getting off all of their molted scales.

Hydrangea Cookie sat down Lotus Dragon on the wooden bench, closing the door to the sauna as she turned it on, getting into her knees as she lifted up the tip of their tail, being mindful about the bulb at the end, picking out the loose scales that might be uncomfortable from along her master's tail.

When she finished the long process, she stood Lotus up and lead them out of the sauna, drying them off with a towel before assisting them by putting on their robes.

"Thank you, dear...~" Lotus said before going back up to their quarters.

Hydrangea waited for a bit before going back into the sauna, taking the bucket used for storing the dragon's scales that had no use, sliding her own robes back on and going to her chambers with the bucket.

That dragon had no idea what they did to her...~

Snake Fruit was laying in their comfortable bed, laying back against their pillows, hissing softly in comfort.

Their snake soldiers had a different room from them and they were finally all alone with themself only.

It was amazing.

They yawned as they rolled over, their headpiece on a hook near the bed, and after they left Longan's palace they had also taken some books about dragonhood from the library.

They had placed them near the bed, and speaking of them, they could read right now, and they weren't busy!

Snake Fruit lifted one of their hands up to grab a book titled Dragon Anatomy: Everything We Know (not a real book, by the way, I just pulled the name out of my ass)- hold on... They did not remeber bringing this, or even seeing it in the library.

Jackpot.
