    One day, for no apparent reason, the entire Class E transforms into animals, and their families forget they exist. That morning, Ritsu, Korosensei, Karasuma, and Irina are worried about them and decide to bring them all back to the Class 3-E building.

    They then realize the situation: each student has taken the form of the animal that best reflects their personality, and no one knows why.
    This situation lasts for about 24 hours before the truth is revealed.

    Or, foreign military are trying to weaken Korosensei by targeting the class with a strange talisman.
