Summary
After the death of his only guardian, a boy who has been given no name runs from the only home he's ever known, carrying nothing but grief, rage and the clothes on his back.
When a rich ranching family gives him a place to stay in exchange for him working there, he meets Edgar Curtis-the rancher's son who listens instead of staring and stays instead of turning away.
As the two grow closer beneath the stars, the nameless boy begins to discover that perhaps there is still a place for him in the world... and someone he's willing to share it with.
