"Twilight, I'd like you to meet 007, otherwise referred to as 7. She's still young, so she'll accompany you mostly as support, but I trust you'll do well to train her as you go," Handler said. "You'll both be heading down to Lindow, a small town just outside Frigis. 7 has your tickets and train information, your id and mission details were included in the briefing I sent. Also, I'm sure you noticed in her file that she can read minds. I won't go into detail about it for the sake of time, but feel free to ask her for more explanation on it."
"Will she actually tell me if I ask about it?" Twilight asked.
"I can't tell you anything if you're asking Handler," the girl suddenly said, not so much annoyed as it was ribbing at him. She seemed somewhat playful, like she was trying to get on his nerves. Unfortunately for her, he was a master at keeping his composure.
"I apologize," Twilight replied, "I should've properly introduced myself. I'm Agent Twilight." He held his hand out for her to shake. She took it.
One day, Anya Forger disappeared. Five years later, the Forger family is history. Twilight gets paired with an agent that bears a striking resemblance (in his mind) to Anya, chaos ensues.
