Summary
After experiencing his first heat after years of suppressant abuse, Sanji is essentially gaslit into having his first time with his goofy captain, Luffy. Thinking once would be the end, Sanji's heat comes back days later with a vengeance and the blonde omega realizes things might be worse for his body then he originally anticipated. As if that wasn't enough, each time he goes into heat his nosy captain spends it with him! Which wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't for the fact that Sanji has found himself falling head over heels for a clueless Luffy. When he's analyzed by Law, Sanji finds out the only way to fix his irregular heats is if he takes a big alpha's knot regularly. Just so happens that knot needs to belong to Luffy.
