    “Ground rules.” Chishiya continues smoothly, as if Arisu hadn’t spoken. “We fight it out, we fuck it out, and we move on. No pretending it means more than it does. You go back to hating me and I go back to being the cold bastard you think I am. Deal?”

    During the Face Card Games, Chishiya proposes a “stress-relief” deal, Arisu bites back, and nobody’s coming out of this unharmed.
