Corruption may have changed the Beasts, but their memories remained.. Mystic Flour is known to meditate in the Pagoda, she does it for hours, sometimes days. Despite being apathetic, she feels something is missing. She believes it is meaningless and the idea of it is overall pointless, but it never escapes her. The eons of isolation, the time in the tree, she never escaped her mind. Eternal Sugar.
She has wanted to visit the Garden before, but decided against it several times. “Love is pointless now, nothing will remain” Mystic Flour calls herself greedy for this, feeling shame for it. It was an internalized spite in her that she keeps to herself. It felt conflicting to her, she was the beast of apathy after all; so why was she feeling emotions, for one she loved before. Has it never faded?
It was the morning in the Pagoda, Cloud Heatae Cookie greets her with a tea; giving her a smile. Mystic Flour takes the tea from them and gives them a head pat. Despite this, she still drowns herself in this thought. They have dated before, what's stopping them? Mystic stares at her tea for a minute, “Is something wrong with the tea, master?” The haetae tilts their head and asks. Still staring at the tea, she reassures Cloud Haetae and invites them to sit with her. “No, it's completely fine..” They sat down next to her, eating a steamed roll; not questioning their master's answer, they never did due to their trust for Mystic Flour.
Despite their strong trust it was a blunt lie, the haetae couldn't know her actual feelings towards Eternal Sugar, especially since they used to date eons ago, they would not understand the complexity or how it goes against her entire belief and light of apathy. Mystic Flour sips her tea, feeling the burden of guilt for leaving her. Their corruption was back to back and unavoidable due to the rumor Shadow Milk Cookie set upon her. It could be possible they know about Mystic Flour’s past relationship with Eternal Sugar but she doubts they understand how a romantic relationship works.
Despite the eons that have passed by, Mystic Flour has dated Eternal before corruption. She desires the memories of her. Despite dating many people after they broke up, Nobody has satisfied or loved anyone better than Sugar.
She has sent a letter to Mystic Flour to visit but never acted on it until today. She stared at the letter for a long while holding the paper and beginning to write a letter back. Cloud Haetae was curious about what Mystic Flour was doing. Eternal Sugar wrote with love in her letter. She wants to redo her relationship with her. She looked like a goddess to Mystic Flour. Her dress compliments her lush pink hair.
Despite the eons of Apathy, Mystic Flour desires Eternal even though she's apathetic the light of love still stands within her. She still keeps in contact with Sugar even when they broke up but it was strained.
She craves her love. She feels her apathy was worthless with her. The soft caress on Mystic Flour's dough from Sugar's hand allows Mystic to fantasize about Sugar's touch. She does not want to admit it but she still loves her. After eons of distance, Mystic Flour writes back to Eternal Sugar. It was the first letter that was given meaning since her corruption.
She wished she never broke up with Sugar. She was the cookie who left her truly enlightened other than her own apathy.
