Summary
Out of nowhere, Captain Kim Hongjoong is assigned a new task, one that can’t be compared to any other order he ever received - watching over Park Seonghwa, an omega with a rare genetic condition too dangerous to leave free, yet much too valuable to simply discard.
Hongjoong expects harsh rebellion from him, but is surprisingly met by quiet and watchful surrender instead. The closer he gets to Seonghwa, the harder it becomes to keep his restraint, especially when the omega never even asks for a rescue - only for Hongjoong to be there for him in a cold world that has abandoned its morals long ago.
