   Summary

   Prince Valarr of House Targaryen, first born son of the Crown Prince Baelor, was raised to know all of the houses of all of the kingdoms. All the way from the Mormonts of Bear Island to House Qorgyle of Sandstone. “To be a Prince and future King is to know your subjects as you would a friend. You may not have to know every detail, but it is good to know them, and they feel it as an honor and appreciate being acknowledged,” his father would often say when Valarr would complain about his studies as a small child. It did make sense when he was older and was told that once his grandfather, King Daeron II “The Good”, passes on he would have to travel on a Royal Tour as the new Crown Prince of the Seven Kingdoms. Hopefully, he thought, it would be a very long time from now.

   But the year 209 AC had a different plan.
