Arrest Warrant – type: field spell, passive until conditions are met to activate it.
Hue type: Green
Effects:
- ‘Arrested’ targets can no longer use active type moves or status altering items on others.
- An arrested target cannot heal others or be healed themself.
- The arrested status will continue even once the battle has ended, unless dispersed by the caster.
Conditions:
- Target must be below 50% of their max HP for the spell to activate.
- The spell cannot stop the target from ‘ACTing’ on themself if the act has no effect on their stats.
Martyr’s Ballad – type: self-targeted spell, passive.
Hue type: Unknown
Effects:
- Directs all attention onto the caster.
- Enemies are unable to resist attacking the caster.
- Allies are soothed of all stress or pains for the duration of the spell.
- Spell only ends when the caster is dead or else releases everyone.
Conditions:
- All current Tension Points are used up.
- Can’t be used consecutively in battle due to lack of TP, or due to caster being deceased.
- TP is not needed for out-of-battle application.
Fear Factor – type: field spell, passive.
Hue type: Red
Effects:
- The Defense of affected targets is severely weakened against the caster’s Attacks.
- Fear Factor can be applied at any time inside or outside of battle.
- There is no set duration to the spell’s effects.
Conditions:
- Targets must be afraid of the caster.
- Targets’ DF can be restored, but only if the target can overcome their own fear.
- The caster cannot control who is or isn’t affected by Fear Factor.
Judgement – type: single target spell, active.
Hue type: Yellow
Effects:
- The caster can ‘view’ the instances the target gained Levels of Violence over their life.
- The caster can also ‘view’ the intent behind those actions.
Conditions:
- Caster and target must be stationary for the duration of the spell.
