   Summary

   An ignorant god toys once more with what it sees. Simon is finally no longer alone, having been marinated in the blood ocean for who knows how long. With this 'fresh start' comes new reckoning, however (and an entirely new place).

   Simon's sudden appearance within the biodome is nothing short of impossible. Ryland is faced with both questions and answers he would rather not acknowledge. The only two humans on Erid find themselves oddly sympathetic to the other.
