- Strengths lie in close combat, strategic play, on-the-spot planning
- Huge adrenaline junkie, tells himself he doesn't enjoy killing and it's only for survival.. but the look in his eye definitely says otherwise.

- Second Year - Course : Design
- Strengths lie in pragmatism, emotional intelligence, agility, archery and track
- Pretty impulsive and has rule breaking tendencies, knows to use a sniper but has trauma behind it so he sticks to bows
HIORI YO
- Second Year - Course : Computer
- Strengths lie in quick thinking, ability to take rational decisions under pressure, electronic enthusiast, has great reflexes
- The type of guy who has absolutely nothing but himself to lose, is quite thankful to be stuck in school rather than at home..
ISAGI YOICHI
- Second Year - Course : Statistics
- Strengths lie in spatial awareness, strong mental aptitude, long-term planning and great at adapting mid-situation.
- Pieces logic together at almost terrifying speeds, he's a calm presence but could easily nit-pick anyone that doesn't strike him fancy.
BACHIRA MEGURU
- Second Year - Course : Psychology
- Strengths lie in his unpredictability and willingness to act without hesitation, knife play, flexibility and good at evasion.
- Has never felt guilt in his life, knows facts about the most absurd things, gets easily distracted but also weirdly committed when something catches his interest.

SAE ITOSHI
- Third Year - Course : Physics
- Strengths lie in throwing weapons at pin-point accuracy, analytic thinking, dexterity
- Has a single-track mind, hates working with people who need every single detail to be explained to them, prefers the high ground
SHIDOU RYUSEI
- Third Year - Course : Arts
- Strengths lie in crazy stamina, creative ideas, close-combat, karate and using nunchucks.
- Has a whole fandom in the school for his artistic creations- he stuck onto Itoshi Sae as his first muse and eventually they become an unlikely duo.

FRANCE
CHARLES CHEVALIER
- First Year - Course : Geography
- Strengths lie in unpredictability, ability to retain information, perceptive but mostly relies on instinct
- Loki took him under his wing since he thought Charles's decision making and ideas would prove to be useful as a military tactician.. Charles has only one wish in life and it's to use a cannon.
JULIAN LOKI
- Second Year - Course : Kinesiology
- Strengths lie in ability to command respect and take over leadership, high athletism and fencing skills
- Golden boy. Noel Noa took interest in him as a potential rival for the future.. he's already taken basic military courses and will immediately enlist as soon as he completes highschool.
VIVIAN HUGO
- First-year cadet - Course : History
- Strengths lie in analytical capacity, incapitating self-defense, dystopian tactics
- Has absolutely read Art of War and takes inspiration from it-' reads' blank books to visualise tactics on paper, believes his destiny is to die serving the country with Loki by his side.
GERMANY
MICHAEL KAISER
- First-year cadet - Course : Psychology
- Strengths lie in sheer strength, endurance, combat technique, on-the-spot tactics and rifle wielding
- Became Noel's apprentice after being bailed out of jail by the government, slowly earning a name for himself as the face of the german military- Accepted the transfer due to an unusual interest in Blue lock's poster boy.
ALEXIS NESS
- First- year cadet - Course : Anatomy
- Strengths lie in acrobatics, balance & coordination, observation, wielding a stilleto dagger
- Kaiser's resilience and principle of doing the impossible became his inspiration to enlist and he quickly rose the ranks and claimed his place as Kaiser's right hand man under Noel Noa.
SPAIN
BUNNY IGLESIAS
- Second-year cadet - Course : Philosophy
- Strengths lie in infiltration, incapitation, withstanding torture, wielding a navaja
- A one-man army, most commonly deployed in infiltration missions and extracting information- he was initually denied the transfer at first but mildly threatened his handlers and got it issued.
ITALY
DON LORENZO
- Second-year cadet - Course : Economics
- Strengths lie in unpredictability, defanging, evasion, wielding spears and machine guns
- Was taken in by Snuffy and trained as his apprentice, mostly works undercover with him and takes out common international enemies as something like a vigilante
STAFF MEMBERS
SABURO TAKEUCHI
- Role : Gardener
- 46 years old, An uneducated but loyal employee, having served the instition for over 19 years.. he has 2 daughters, the eldest being 8 and the youngest being 5.
JINPACHI EGO
- Role : Chairman/Self-proclaimed dictator
- Has a military backround that he doesn't like to disclose, but the lifestyle hasn't really left him behind and paranoia still haunts him like a vengeful ghost.
ANRI TEIRI
- Role : Principal/Reformer
- Completely helped change curriculum and education in the school under her reign, let's Ego take most administration-related decisions but her ideas fuel the initiative.
INTERNATIONAL STAFF
NOEL NOA
- Role : History Teacher
- A war veteran, he's infamous for the operations he's commanded.. retired after a more peaceful era commenced and become invested in taking a future generation under his wing to challenge his title.
MARC SNUFFY
- Role : Logistics & Strategy Teacher
- Has earned the reputation due to his exploits and overall contribution to the military defense sector, retired after Mick died in an unprecedented internal attack and instead went under cover on his own accord.
CHRIS PRINCE
- Role : Marine & English Teacher
- Holds a one-sided rivalry with Noel Noa, requested the transfer with an opportunity to have a rematch of sorts.. doesn't teach much and rather spends most of the class flaunting his achievements.
