Summary
Mycroft has read Wilde – he knows about temptation and wonders whether the man had been thinking about Sherlock when he penned his famous aphorism.
And certainly, it's not appropriate behaviour, but neither is Mycroft's when his eyes travel up the length of Sherlock's shin (cataloguing the flexing muscles beneath) to where it disappears beneath the folds at the knee – and his tongue wants to follow.
