Summary
Uzi Doorman just wants to survive.
But on a frozen, devastated planet where worker drones are relentlessly hunted for their oil by disassembly drones, eldritch mechanical beasts, oil traders, raiders, and Robo-God knows what else, survival is asking for a miracle. Uzi thought she and her dad were doing a good job of staying hidden, until they unexpectedly cross paths with two starving disassembly drones. Now all four of them find themselves tangled in a mystery none of them fully understand.
Because Uzi is hiding something.
And in a world built on hunger, some secrets are more dangerous than monsters.
