   Summary

   For nearly three hundred years, the Targaryen dynasty ruled the Seven Kingdoms, and Rhaegar Targaryen's victory at the Trident secured the throne of his family as leader.

   After Prince Rhaegar kidnapped his Lady Lyanna, Princess Alysanne was confined in King's Landing with her children, playing the Mad King's games and awaiting her sentence while the Rebellion grew stronger. But then Rhaegar Targaryen defeated Robert Baratheon at the Trident, and when Aerys thought that wasn't enough to save her life or the lives of the population, Ser Jaime of the Kingsguard intervened and saved her when no one else was there.

   Now they had Seven Kingdoms to reunite and repair because of a failed prophecy and a foolish husband to welcome back with his mistress and the little package they brought from their so-called "Tower of Joy."
