Summary
This is a missing scenes type of fic of what Unjeong went through for those agonizing 49 days of waiting for Chaeni's return. The fic is entirely from his point of view.
_________________________________Unjeong stood there waiting, holding his umbrella, ignoring the people walking past him and even the ones staring at him, once again looking upward at the gray sky. As if to mirror what he was feeling, the rain began to pour harder, slamming with a loud pattering sound against the top of his black umbrella, but he never once took his eyes from the sky. He paid no mind to how cold it was growing, nor how heavy the rain was falling, or even if it had made him a bit wet despite the umbrella. All that mattered in this moment was just trying to find her. Now, where was she? He almost laughed at himself because just a couple of weeks prior, he would have never found himself doing something like this for another person, but even he couldn't deny the care he had begun to feel for her.
