Summary
“I’ll do my best to make it all better.” Seonghwa’s words were warm and unwavering. He needed to get through to Hongjoong’s head that he truly meant everything he was saying.
He saw Hongjoong’s resolve start to crumble, his limbs start to sag, and his eyes start to glisten with unshed tears. “It hurts…” It was so broken and small, the words hardly an exhale of breath.
“I know… I know.” Seonghwa reached out his hand, he was only a foot or two away from Hongjoong now. “I’ve got you now.”

Seonghwa and Hongjoong were childhood best friends when Hongjoong suddenly disappeared. He reappears four years later with a rare mutation that’s been going around, giving him strange abilities. Seonghwa is determined to help Hongjoong, taking him in and caring for him. Unresolved feelings from before start to resurface, leaving the both of them spinning.
