Summary

Sunoo was one of them.
Nine months earlier, he hadn’t been chosen or hunted. He had been offered up as entertainment, turned into a monster for someone else’s amusement. The transformation hollowed him out. The warm, bright boy he once was faded into someone quiet, sharp, and unsettling. Beneath his stillness burned a single purpose:
