Chapter Text
You’ve always been a picture of complete perfection, grades, conduct, looks and student council duties.
Well to be more accurate, almost complete. Between studying and performing duties you really didn’t have any friends.
Every time someone new shunned you, you brushed it off, saying “this is for my dream”.
That dream was becoming a psychiatrist, and you were not going to let anything derail your plans, even if it meant burning yourself out.
It was any other day for yourself at least, not a regular teenager’s day though, because which teenager spends half her time out of school studying?
Other than you that is.
You’d been studying for three hours straight, your bun still effortlessly neat as ever.
Your stomach growled consistently,
it almost resembled a dog whimpering at the door for its owner to come back.
You clicked the save button on the computer before placing your items into your tote bag while saying-
”just a quick recharge”
you walked down to the bakery just beside the library the usual smell of freshly baked buns and that specific smell-
milk bread!
It was your favourite treat, the very pastry that had carried you through all nighters and stressful days, you ate it so religiously before major exams that at this point, you wouldn’t be faulted for calling it your partner.
