   Summary

   Orange never understood the appeal of gender.

    

   They still called their friends by what they asked to be called, He, she, they, and whatnot. It never really mattered to them.

    

   That was until a villager called them a “He”.

    

   Now every time they looked down at themself all they could think was that one single gesture, that label that had never bothered him before.

    

   Is there really something there that makes them look like a guy?

    

   Orange didn’t like it at all. No, “Like” was far too light of a word. Orange hated it. They hated it with every fiber of their body.
