    Kirei (綺麗) — an interesting word mixing both meanings of ‘beautiful’ and ‘clean.’

    At least that's what most may interpret as. Don't worry, it's completely fine ;D
    (Because in dictionary it literally means something like that)

    But when others tell you to follow their way of defining, to accept the standards they set for you, to obey their rules that seem 'normal' enough…(?)

    Some correct examples:
    -Never talk back or question = Kirei
    -Be aesthetically pleasing to people = Kirei
    -Maintain clean and pure thoughts = Kirei
    (Wait seriously, ignore those examples!)

    “If not, then what is kirei?”
