Summary
“Don't move." A deep, intimidating voice Sonic doesn't recognize stops him, hand outstretched halfway through putting the Chaos Emerald back to its rightful place.
A knight he's never seen before is pointing his sword at him— his reverse grip on the blade looks confident, and his command was sharp and fierce. Sonic suspects this knight must've joined the ranks not too long after he'd left to be this experienced.
"Hey! I know my crew stole this from you guys before, and I really am sorry, but I came to give it back. No harm no foul. So… uh, maybe let me go?"
Or, Sonic accidentally takes the knightly stowaway on his ship on an adventure he never asked for.
