Summary
Years ago, then-Midshipman Bush brought a couple of embarrassing souvenirs back from shore leave. He's used to them and used to concealing them, and doesn’t think of them much, except when the weather turns cold. One night on Hotspur, Captain Hornblower discovers what he’s been hiding.
