iruma learned to be a boy of many faces to survive, all as true as the others. once he learns what demons are supposed to be like, and finds his first desires with kirio's help, he allows himself to unleash his greediest side: he won't stop until he has achieved his goal. he's pretty similar to his wicked phase self/irumean
kirio learned young he was never going to be the demon the ami clan expected being so weak; instead, he worked on making himself meek, as less of a burden as possible. pretty much his pre battler party façade
after learning and studying about wicked phases, iruma concludes many demons would be better off allowing themselves to let their rawest desires and decision out, maybe even be of help to the Netherworld; kirio is one of them.
he sees all that kirio has pushed down after hearing about his goal with gabuko, and just how much it weighs on him. and so, he decides and also desires to aid him in that: he won't stop until he gets kirio to return to origins
