Summary
Erwin Smith has everything and intends to share it with the world. He has money and a dream to bring Eldians like his mother up in a world that has only pushed them down. It's why he's helped bring the people of the Underground above, if only for a day, and it's why he and his family are boarding the Titanic alongside Zeke Jaeger.
Levi Ackerman has never seen the world above, and now he's on the largest ship the world has ever seen by pure luck of the draw. He brings his family from the Underground, Isabel and Furlan, with him for a chance at a better life in the Big Apple. They'll make it together like they always have.
They don't expect to meet, Erwin is a first class businessman and Levi is a third class street rat, but fate seemed to have other plans. Neither of them expect to grow attached, but as Levi is dragged to dinner parties and Erwin is dragged to dances below deck their lives seem to grow intertwined. Fate is also cruel, though, as the iceberg in the distance threatens to tear them apart.
