    It has been a week since the shelter-in-place was instated at the RPD due to an outbreak of something that changes people from humans into something soulless with only a desire to bite. Evangeline Wilde, a college student with an administrative job at the RPD, was called in to help with the shelter-in-place. Now, she’s the last person at the station who hasn’t been infected or died. When rookie cop Leon Kennedy stumbles into the RPD, even though he was told to stay away, Lieutenant Marvin Branagh sees this as an opportunity to see his dying wish fulfilled.

    As each escape attempt draws Evangeline and Leon closer to the reason why this outbreak occurred, they become closer. And somehow, despite the circumstances, this is how they first fall in love with each other.

    This fanfic is set during the events of the Resident Evil 2 Remake video game. Evangeline Wilde is my OC.
