   Summary

The Tsar of Russia goes to The King of England’s palace to discuss important matters going on between the two countries; perhaps to develop some sort of alliance. When Arthur agrees, deciding that having such a huge country on his side—or at least somewhat on his side—wouldn’t be such a bad idea, something ensues.. Something interesting catches his eye on his departure, especially when allowed to stay over under the guise of a Diplomatic Summit; a young, shy, and susceptible Matthew. Grooming begins.

   OR

Ivan Braginski grooms an impressionable Matthew during his stay at the royal residence of Arthur Kirkland and Françoise Bonnefoy.
