    Joseph sat in the drivers seat, the road was long- winding- never ending. He couldn’t hear the sound of the BMW’s engine, and besides the headlights pointing to the road, there was nothing to see. He tried to ask when he would see Xeno, but it was as though an invisible wall cut through the cabin- blocking any sound from entering and exiting.

    Eventually it came to a stop- a black van met them in the middle of the road. He saw one of his classmates walk over in his basic street attire. Still he couldn’t hear a thing, not even when Joseph stepped out, or when the passenger door was opened for him. Stanleys feet picked themselves up moving towards the black van, when he looked back- he saw the white haired boy.

    A smirk was a cross his face as he said something that couldn’t be heard. Stan asked him to repeat himself and he did, but no sounds came out. It struck Stanley that this had happened before, only the first time Xeno wasn’t there. It was only Joseph, Ryusui, and Byakuya. Xeno stood int the headlights of the BMW looking at him sadly before he backed up and crawled underneath the car into the shadows.
