God, did Verity love Mob.
The two honestly weren’t close, Mob was just your average jock minding his own life, he wasn’t popular, yet he never blended in (to Verity at least)
Verity on the other hand was a reserved person, he sat near the back of the class, known as a nerd to some and had a good handful of report cards that most parents would love to see from their kids.
Yet, their social differences never made Verity’s heart stop aching at the sight of Mob throughout the hallways, hell he would even purposely bump into the jock in hopes of him becoming his friend, or hell even his boyfriend. But that would never happen
Until Verity stumbled upon a shop, that sold an item named the one wish willow.
