Summary
Kaito reflects on his first day of 8th grade in Japan after living a peaceful life in Spain for 13 years. He feels insecure because he doesn't look Japanese at all sporting Shidou's chaotic blond and magenta hair) but his dad, Sae, gives him a rare pep talk before he heads downstairs. Breakfast is pure chaos with his annoying sister Yui, who gets instantly shut down by their Enigma father, Shidou. Soon, Kaito's uncle pulls up with his enthusiastic cousins, Ray. Ray promises Kaito that school won't be so bad, even if it's full of dumb kids.
