Since all the seniors are away on internship, the responsibility of prank week at NRC falls to the third-years

well you're not wrong about the third years being really strong mages (I mean a bunch of them literally overblotted) but I don't think you have anything to worry about? you use Malleus Draconia as an example but when has he ever done anything? he's not even on campus most of the time. Leona Kingscholar is also really really strong but he's spent the last 2 years as a junior and hasn't done anything. also I just don't think a bunch of housewardens and vice-housewardens would be that irresponsible
