It was a normal day for class 1-A.
Sitting in class as their English teacher talked about whatever with his back to the class. He was completely oblivious to the things going on behind him.
Yuga was eating cheese
Mina was picking at her nails
Tsuyu was eyeing a fly on the wall
Tenya was the only one paying attention
Ochaco was using her quirk on small objects and watching them hit the ceiling
Ojirou was zoned out and staring at the clock
Denki was playing with Ojirou's tail
Eijirou and Hanta were passing notes
Kouda had a fucking mouse in his bag and was feeding it
Satou was eating and giving some to Ochaco every now and then
Mezou was also staring at the clock
Kyoka wasn't paying attention and had her earbuds in
Fumikage went to the bathroom but walked around campus instead
Shoto was on his phone
Toru was watching everyone doing their thing
Katsuki and Izuku were going back and fourth play hitting each other
Hitoshi was sleeping
And Momo was shopping online.
Normal day for class 1-A.
And only after five minutes (still no Fumikage), everyone could feel everything go quiet. And before anyone could say something, they hear a loud growling below their feet.
Then a second later, everything begins to shake.
Some students rush under their desks, including Yamada with a frightened yelp. But some students stay sitting, frozen in shock.
After a few moments it begins to calm down, and the students who went under emerged back up. Some looking shaken up more than others
Everyone stares at each other for what seems like hours, one suddenly speaks up.
"Did you guys feel that?" Denki announces.
Katsuki looks at him with annoyance, "NO FUCKING SHIT DUMBASS!" before picking up a water bottle and chucking it at him at full speed.
It hits his shoulder with a loud 'THUNK'
"Ow! That was not necessary you ass!"
Yamada stands in the front trying to get everyone's attention.
"Alright little listeners! That scared the crap out of me but unfortunately we have to continue!" He chuckles nervously.
He turns back to the board and continues his lesson.
Everyone decided to sit together during lunch for some bonding time, all talking over each other and yelling. They all seemed to have forgotten about the earthquake.
And again, they feel it go quiet again.
Then they hear a softer growl, they all turn to each other in confusion
As predicted, another shake trembles the table.
This one was smaller than before, most likely an aftershock but it still catches everyone off guard
After a few seconds, it stops. Awkwardness fills the table, but before anyone could break the silence
Katsuki leans over the table to glare at Izuku, and loudly exclaims for everyone to hear
"DEKU YOUR FATASS SELF CAUSED ANOTHER DAMN EARTHQUAKE! LAY OFF THE CARBS FATSO!"
Half of the table erupts in laughter, taken back by Katsuki's off putting joke
"FUCK OFF YOU ASS! THAT SIDE OF THE TABLE IS LEANING BECAUSE OF YOU!" Izuku yells back, causing the rest to cackle at the two.
