Light emits out the window as peaks of sunrise begin to wake up Shiho.
She always thought of Saki as a sunset because of the color of her hair. The pinkish-reddish tips up to that perfect sun yellow brang Shiho some type of comfort to her. It was always nice to see.
Shiho and Saki had a sleepover after they walked around the streets of Shibuya. Saki bought a lot of cute stuff. Including Shiho, as she bought herself a phenny to add to her collection since they also went to Phoenix Wonderland.
And here they are.. Saki's heavy arms around Shiho, close to the center of her chest as she was blushing out of her mind, realizing what position they were in. Sure, it was a little intimate, but it was also very comfortable.
Shiho couldn’t help but take the hair ties out of Saki’s hair, letting the soft, slightly waved strands fall around her shoulders and slowly shoving her fingers through the motionless girl's hair.
Shiho’s fingers move against Saki’s scalp, massaging it slowly. A sense of protection came to her naturally. Shiho brings Saki closer and closer to her chest, the non-existent gap between them fully closing between them.
Shiho pressed her lips against the girl’s head, giving her a soft kiss.
Shiho was surprisingly never really the type of girl to be the provider or responsible one in a relationship- even if she looked or acted like it.
In fact, she was more fragile and leaning in the relationship who would be flustered over any cute thing Saki did or gave her. Shiho almost cried out of happiness from Saki showing her a bunny she found outside.
But at this moment, Shiho felt the need to provide Saki here. Her fingers caressed small patterns, one pattern being a star.
After a few minutes of Shiho zoning out, thinking about Saki, speaking of the devil, the girl wakes up.
“mmh.. comfy.” Saki mutters out. Shiho almost jumps.
“D-Don’t scare me!” Shiho screamed out quietly, almost whisper-like.
Saki chuckles softly. “Well good morning Shiho.”
“Good morning..”
Saki raises her head out of Shiho’s chest and cups the girl’s cheeks. Shiho groans.
“You’re adorable.” Saki mutters.
Shiho’s fingers twitched in Saki’s hair, slowing her massages in the girl’s hair
“Shut up..I’m not cute or whatever..or adorable.”
Saki giggles.
“Guess what? It’s Opposite Day.”
“Shut up!”
“Hehe.. you’re just so cute! I could stare at you all day.”
Shiho hides herself in Saki’s shoulder, screaming quietly in it again as Saki giggles again.
Shiho’s hand in Saki’s hair slowly travels down to her waist, bringing herself closer to the keyboardist ever since they’ve changed positions.
“You’re such a tease..” Shiho’s voice muffled in Saki’s shoulder.
“I know.”
Comfortable silence filled the room for a second, before Shiho plants lazy and affectionate kisses against Saki’s shoulder.
Saki sighs and leans in the soft morning kisses.
“You never kiss me like this..” Saki mutters.
“I see it in romance mangas a lot.”
“Ohoho..~ I never expected a stoic girl like you to read romance..” Saki teased.
“Mmf..shut up. Do you want your ‘stoic girl’ to keep kissing you or not?”
“Aww..please?”
Shiho kept placing soft, warm kisses on Saki’s shoulder as a response and finally traveled slowly up to the girl’s neck, stopping at her jawline.
Saki mumbles Shiho’s name like a prayer. It was unusual for her to act like this. Was Shiho really this clingy in the morning?
Shiho placed her head back on Saki's shoulder, her even breaths pressing against her shoulder.
The sunrise starts to make its entrance. The blind, yellow light glows against the 2 partners as they settle against each other.
“I love you..” Shiho mumbles.
Saki smiles to herself.
“..I love you too Shiho.”
