Summary
Luffy lives with ace and sabo in a run down apartment, they do what they can to get by but its never enough. This leads luffy to begin doing underground fighting for money, ace and sabo dont know; straw hat crew helps luffy hide it from his siblings.
Law is working at a er, he's a surgeon who can do most of the above from saving people from near death or a simple stitch, until the er was having problems and shut down for a few days. With nothing to do, law called Marco, an owner of a free clinic for people without money or dont have a background. Marco allows law to fill in and work at his clinic for the time being until the hospital is back up. Well, until he saw luffy that is.
